Terms of Service
Effective September 11, 2026.
These terms govern access to and use of T6X, the platform operated by Techxagon ("we", "us"). If you licensed T6X under a signed agreement, that agreement prevails over this page wherever the two differ.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing the platform or using any of its surfaces (web, mobile, API, command line or agents), you accept these terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and "you" then means that organization.
2. The service
T6X is a data and operations platform with AI agents: no-code data catalogues, dashboards, flows, tickets, connections to third-party systems, and agents that take actions inside the guardrails you define. We provide it as subscription software. We may add, change or retire features; if we retire a material feature of your plan, we give you at least 30 days of notice.
3. Accounts and access
- · You are responsible for your organization's credentials and for activity under them.
- · You must remove access for people who no longer need it and tell us about any unauthorized use you detect.
- · Each account belongs to one identifiable person: credentials are not shared between users.
- · Each organization's data is isolated from every other organization's. Tenant isolation is part of the service, not a configuration option.
4. Acceptable use
You may not, and may not allow a third party to:
- · use the platform for unlawful activity, or to process data you have no right to process;
- · attempt to break tenant isolation, access controls or usage limits;
- · reverse engineer the service, except to the extent mandatory law allows;
- · resell, sublicense or offer the platform as your own service without a written agreement;
- · upload malicious code or content, or use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications.
We may suspend a specific access immediately, and for the shortest time necessary, when its use threatens the security, availability or legality of the service. We tell you as soon as is reasonably possible.
5. Your data
The data and content you upload to or generate in the platform is yours. You grant us only the license needed to host, process and display it to you as part of providing the service, including transmitting it to the infrastructure and model providers the service requires. We do not sell your data, do not share it for advertising, and do not use it to train our own models or anyone else's.
Processing of personal data is further governed by the Privacy Policy and, where it applies, by the data processing agreement we sign with you. You can export your data at any time while the subscription is active.
6. AI agents and automated actions
The platform includes agents that can read data, draft content and take actions on your behalf. It is worth being explicit about this:
- · agents act inside the tool catalogue and permissions your organization configures: the configuration is yours, and so is responsibility for what you authorize;
- · actions that change data pass through the human checkpoints you define; if you turn those off, the agent acts without prior approval;
- · model output can be wrong: do not rely on it as legal, tax, medical or financial advice, and review it before acting on it;
- · we log agent actions so that you can audit them.
7. Third-party services
If you connect T6X to third-party services (mail, calendar, storage, telephony or AI model providers, among others), that connection is also governed by the third party's terms, and data flowing to it comes under their control. We are not responsible for the availability or the practices of services we do not operate.
8. Fees and payment
Pricing, billing period and the scope of your plan are those of the applicable order or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable for periods already started, and are exclusive of taxes, which are added where applicable. We give at least 30 days of notice before a price change, which takes effect at your next renewal. Sustained non-payment allows us to suspend the service after prior notice.
9. Availability and support
We operate the service with professional diligence and schedule maintenance to keep impact as low as possible. Availability commitments and support response times, where they exist, are those of your plan's service level agreement. Without such an agreement, the service is provided on an "as available" basis.
10. Intellectual property
The platform, its software, its documentation and its trademarks are and remain the property of Techxagon or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use them for your internal purposes while your subscription is active. If you send us product suggestions, we may use them freely and owe you nothing for them.
11. Warranties
We warrant that we will provide the service in line with its documentation. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. No AI model output is warranted to be accurate.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunity or data loss arising from causes outside its control. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. None of this limits liability for willful misconduct, fraud, or anything the law does not permit us to exclude.
13. Term and termination
These terms apply for as long as you use the service. You may terminate your subscription under the applicable agreement; we may terminate it for a material breach that is not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination your right of access ends and you have 30 days to export your data, after which we may delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We announce substantive changes at least 30 days in advance by email or inside the platform, and state the new effective date on this page. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept them.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that might otherwise apply. If one clause is held invalid, the rest remains in force.
